Canadian Residents - International Express or International Priority shipping charges are added to your order in real time. SHIP METHODS USA - We ship either by the US Postal Service or FedEx. Therefore we ask you to provide both a mailing and physical address if they are different. FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS - We ship by Internationl Express Mail, or International Priority Mail from the US Postal Service.
SHIPPING TIME USA: We ship from Massachusetts. Ground shipping time ranges from 1 to 8 business days, depending on destination address.
SHIPPING TIME CANADA: International Express Mail about 3 to 5 business days. International Priority Mail about 6 to 10 business days. Note: These times do not include time in customs and delivery time from your local postal center to your home.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING USA: We offer one [1] day or second [2nd] day shipping. These charges are added to your order in real time. We ask you to provide both a mailing and physical address if different.

RETURN POLICY:
Please save all original packaging and printed material if possible.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item to us in its original packaging with all the printed material that came with the original shipment. There is no restocking fee if returned in full* within 30 days. You are obliged to pay for any return shipping fees.
BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM: Please call us at 1-888-430-8463 for a return authorization number. Or you may E-mail us at orders@weathermass.com. Please write the return authorization number on the package when you return the item.
A. We can not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
B. We can not accept any return shipment COD.
C. Any returned item that has been damaged or altered by misuse or neglect while in use or damaged in shipment due to improper repackaging can not be refunded.
AFTER 30 DAYS: All policies stated above are in effect. Any item returned after 30 days of date of receipt will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
